If you are interested in joining us on our Neighborhood NOYL (Not on Your Life) program, please attend this meeting. We will be planning a NOYL for May.
The purpose of NOYL is to promote awareness about the dangers of underage drinking and how to curb the sale and promotion of alcohol and tobacco products to underage individuals.
This community effort will include participation from as many local constituents as possible; local non-profit and government agencies, law enforcement, parents, students, seniors, faith based agencies, church congregations and businesses.
We will be asking businesses to sign the a pledge in which they agree not to sell alcohol or tobacco products to minors (a “no-brainer”).
Please consider joining us. We will be covering all of Copiague, not just downtown! This is a terrific way to make a difference.
We encourage students to participate in the NOYL!
If you can not attend and would like to participate in the NOYL please let us know email is Info@copiaguecares.org
We will meet in the Copiague Library, upstairs in the Computer Lab at 6:30 PM
